At NIPES Digital Inc., we strive to provide quality digital services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of our services, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The service has not been fully delivered or activated.
  • There is a technical error on our side that prevents service delivery.
  • A refund request is made in writing and includes proof of payment.

Non-refundable items:

  • Setup or consultation fees already rendered.
  • Custom development or integration work already delivered.
